About the role You’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to design and implement smart, practical integration solutions that meet the needs of the business. You enjoy problem solving and get a real kick out of creating fit‑for‑purpose solutions. You’ll act as a technical lead on projects, helping shape how solutions are delivered and ensuring they’re scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices. You’ll also play a key role in improving how we work by identifying opportunities for automation and reusable components. The role involves mentoring less experienced developers and actively contributing to how we build and strengthen our integration capability at Powerco. Qualifications To be a success in this role, you will need: A broad background in tech and integration, with experience working in agile delivery teams Ability to engage and quickly establish and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Experience working with agile delivery teams and in ambiguous environments. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people, tailoring your approach to ensure ideas land and everyone’s on the same page. Willingness to learn and work with tools like SAP BTP, BOOMI, FME, DevOps, or cloud‑based integration technologies, but not required to have experience with every tool in our tech stack.
