Manufacturing Integrator

The impact you’ll make In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to plan and execute manufacturing operations that directly contribute to achieving the business's strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be a central figure in driving cross‑functional alignment across departments such as OFM, engineering, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (such as production, OFM, engineering, WH and quality assurance) to streamline manufacturing processes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to meet production targets. MCSD/MCD risk assessment and prioritization of PM Completion Ship risk assessments to MCSD of tools in WIP. Provide missed notification along with root cause and projected recommit dates of completion. PM tracking on parts shortages, parts borrowed, SW and Golden Unit. Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean manufacturing practices.
