Job Description

Client: Goodman | Location: Auckland The Opportunity Goodman is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to lead the day-to-day management of the Service Desk and Highbrook office operations. Acting as a central point of contact for customers, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience across a premium property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage the Service Desk system, ensuring all requests are logged, tracked, and resolved effectively Act as the first point of contact for customers, contractors and internal teams Liaise with Building Managers to ensure timely action of service requests Coordinate contractor works, inductions and compliance (including H&S requirements) Monitor contractor performance and escalate issues where required Support property operations including security access, keys and building systems Oversee daily office operations at Highbrook, ensuring efficient site functionality Maintain accurate customer and property records, including system updates Manage stakeholder communications, including service updates and operational notices Provide overflow reception support and assist with general office coordination About You You are a proactive and solutions-driven professional who thrives in a busy, service-led environment. You bring: 2–3+ years’ experience in an administrative or service coordination role Strong organisational and multitasking capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Confidence working across multiple systems (including Microsoft Office) A collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across teams The resilience to manage competing priorities and adapt to change Experience within the property or facilities sector will be highly regarded.
