Permanent, full-time role Office based in Wellington CBD Starting salary from $65,000 (flexible dependent on experience) Mō te tūnga | About the role Are you a practical, service-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and helping people get the most out of technology? We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our ICT team and provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 support across the IHC Group. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll support staff with day-to-day ICT issues, service requests, devices, applications, user access, and business systems. You’ll troubleshoot problems, keep users informed, document fixes, elevate more complex issues when needed, and contribute to a reliable, consistent ICT support experience. You’ll be joining an ICT function that helps enable IHC’s work across Aotearoa New Zealand, supporting staff who provide various services including advocacy and community-based support for people with intellectual disabilities and their whānau. Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring Technical Previous experience in a Service Desk, desktop support, computer operations, or similar ICT support environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, peripherals, Microsoft 365, Windows, and business applications. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, user access administration, and ICT security practices. Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or relevant ICT qualifications would be an advantage. Personal A collaborative mindset, with willingness to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail and a process-minded approach, including following agreed ICT procedures and documenting fixes. Clear communication skills with a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach when supporting users. Confidence managing support requests, prioritising work, keeping accurate ticket notes and escalating issues appropriately.
