Job Description

The Role You will be a key part of the team involved in the preparation and cooking of a high standard of meals for residents in our care homes and the community. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective food service, presenting meals in an appealing and appetising manner following the Enliven philosophy. Hours Casual ; we are looking for someone who can work on a when and if required basis. Our kitchen operating hours are 6.00 am – 7.00 pm, seven days a week with shifts starting at either 6:00 am or 11:00 am. If you are available, we encourage you to apply! About You Good organizational skills Reliable, efficient and hardworking Show initiative and flair with cooking Enjoy working with older people Food Handling qualifications 167 and 168 are desirable but not essential Experience managing a kitchen team and budget will be an added advantage Whether you meet all or some of these requirements, we encourage you to apply if you think you would be a good fit.
