He angitūtanga / The opportunity As Concierge at Qantas Lounge in Welling Airport , you’ll be the first point of contact for guests entering the lounge, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless assistance throughout their stay. From check‑in to departure, you’ll provide information, support, and premium service that reflects Qantas and Compass Group standards. This is a Casual Position where hours of work are “as and when” required. Ko o Kawenga / Your Responsibilities Greet guests professionally and verify lounge access eligibility. Check in guests and provide information on amenities, dining, and flight updates. Assist with special requests, including VIP and mobility support. Monitor lounge occupancy and communicate with the team to manage capacity. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion. He Kōrero Mōu / About You Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline lounge roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. Proficient in computer systems and airline check‑in software.
