AM Pick to Sort Team Member (Fixed Term until February 2027)

Join our Pick to Store (Outbound) team and be part of the final step before our deliveries hit the road. Our Distribution Centre is one of the largest in the country, and during peak season, it’s all hands on deck. We’re now growing our DC whānau to meet demand – and that’s where you come in. Job Description Our Pick to Sort (Outbound) team is the last stop before stock leaves our DC. You’ll be: Sorting completed store orders into our outbound grid system Checking orders for accuracy and completeness Wrapping and securing pallets for safe transport Moving stock safely around the sorting area (MHE operation if certified) Working quickly and efficiently to meet daily deadlines Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and hazard‑free Supporting your teammates to keep orders flowing smoothly This is a fixed term position until February 2027. Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm $30.28/hr Please note: This role is to support our Peak Period through to February 2027. As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time including around Christmas and New Years (Please note, we do not work public holidays). Qualifications Have previous warehouse or DC experience (preferred) Can work at pace while keeping attention to detail high Are comfortable with lifting, bending, and repetitive movement Have a proactive, can‑do attitude and communicate clearly Are a strong team player who can also work independently Hold an MHE licence (preferred but not essential) Are legally entitled to work in New Zealand To be considered for this role, you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
