Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to step into a key role in our operations. Reporting directly to the Sales & Operational Planning Manager, you’ll support our nationwide Sales Branches with timely, accurate, and high‑quality service. You’ll lead a team of three and take full ownership of warehouse performance — driving best‑practice processes and proactively resolving issues before they impact our customers. This is a permanent position where you’ll oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and safe operating practices. You’ll play a crucial part in turning around current performance, embedding strong processes, and ensuring our branches receive exceptional service every time. What You Will Do Lead and coach a warehouse team to uplift capability, performance, and engagement Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch Maintain a well‑organised warehouse and accurate inventory records Front‑foot issues and communicate proactively with Sales Branches Assign workloads, manage staffing levels, and set clear expectations Identify improvement opportunities and implement better processes Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems and improve service What You Will Bring Proven capability working in warehouse, distribution, or supply‑chain environments Forklift safety certification – Ability to operate a fork hoist while leading the team, making strong decisions under pressure in high-volume environments Strong people skills — able to motivate, coach, and set clear expectations Maintain strong health & safety standards and drive a zero‑harm culture Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders Research shows that females and minority groups don’t apply for roles unless they match 100% the job description.
