About the Opportunity We have exciting fixed‑term opportunities available for Change and Senior Change Managers to join the team. You will support the design and delivery of change activities that help people understand, adopt, and work effectively through change, working closely with delivery teams, sponsors, and leaders to ensure change is practical, well considered, and focused on achieving intended outcomes. The role will involve supporting a major ERP programme and transformation initiatives, applying enterprise change standards while tailoring your work to meet the needs of different end‑user groups. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality change outcomes and supporting stakeholders through change in a pragmatic and impactful way, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and embedded for long‑term impact. Responsibilities Design and deliver change activities that help people understand, adopt, and work effectively through change. Collaborate with delivery teams, sponsors, and leaders to ensure change is practical and achieves intended outcomes. Support a major ERP programme and transformation initiatives, tailoring enterprise change standards to end‑user needs. Deliver high‑quality change outcomes and support stakeholders to embed initiatives for long‑term impact. Qualifications Practical and structured approach to delivering change, applying frameworks to support adoption and deliver real outcomes. Ability to build trust and credibility with leaders, teams, and stakeholders, influencing them to support behavioural and ways‑of‑working change. Well‑organised and confident managing multiple concurrent change initiatives in fast‑moving environments. Experience working on complex ERP programmes; SAP S/4HANA experience highly regarded. Background in supply chain, manufacturing, sales, or finance environments and demonstration of delivering complex change in these settings. Ability to communicate clearly, tailoring your approach to different audiences, and commitment to continuous improvement.
