Following a period of strategic review, TGH has created the role of General Manager Natural Resources & Property. This executive position brings together two of TGH’s core portfolios and plays a key role in diversifying the organisation’s asset base while strengthening commercial and operational performance across existing investments. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the GM Natural Resources & Property will provide strategic direction, performance oversight and operational leadership across a significant portfolio spanning property management services, farming, forestry, and fisheries. The role leads a multi‑disciplinary team and is responsible for driving performance, developing commercial partnerships and joint ventures, and identifying new opportunities aligned with TGH’s long‑term growth and sustainability objectives. The successful candidate will be a seasoned senior leader with deep experience across the primary sector, property sector, strong commercial and financial acumen, and a proven track record in managing complex asset portfolios. Experience working in partnership environments, comfort engaging at executive and board level, and a high level of cultural capability including experience working alongside iwi and Māori organisations will be essential.
