Our goal is to improve health outcomes for all New Zealanders by delivering equitable, accessible, and innovative care. **About the Role** As a **Supervisor** within our Supply Chain team, you'll lead a team responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within for the area to which you are allocated: Warehouse, Inwards Goods, Theatre or Imprest Team. We support rotation within departments as needed for personal / professional development so you will need to be able to work in different environments. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure accurate processing in our ERP system, manage returns, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. This role also involves supporting supply chain initiatives and deputising for the Team Leader when required. **About the Team/Service/ Location** The Procurement, Supply Chain and Health Technology Management (PSC&HTM) team at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora are a national function with a vast and complex scope. They play a critical role in ensuring the availability, safety, and efficiency of clinical and non-clinical goods and services across the health system. **About you** You enjoy motivating and guiding others to achieve operational excellence and take pride in creating a safe, efficient, and collaborative workplace. You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You'll be confident using ERP systems and have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, from receiving and storing goods to managing returns and resolving discrepancies. You're proactive in problem-solving, quick to adapt to change, and committed to continuous improvement.
