Senior Process Engineer

What You’ll Do As an Intermediate to Senior Process Engineer in our Energy & Industrial team, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineers solutions with people and outcomes in mind. Deliver innovative process engineering solutions across energy, resources, manufacturing, dairy, and food and beverage projects Lead small to medium-sized sustaining capital projects, ensuring outcomes meet client expectations and business objectives Support projects across the full lifecycle, including cost estimation, design coordination, procurement, commissioning, and handover Build strong client relationships and contribute to work-winning through proposals, technical solutions, and business development activity Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment Support our growing decarbonisation portfolio and help strengthen partnerships with new and existing manufacturing clients What You’ll Bring Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally in Process or Chemical Engineering Experience in dairy, food and beverage, clean-industry sectors, or general manufacturing Around 6+ years’ post-graduate experience in a similar process engineering role A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes across multidisciplinary projects Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to see the big picture, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh thinking to project delivery Experience supporting work-winning, client engagement, or proposal development Chartered status, or working towards chartership, would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
