Depending on your background and interests, and level of seniority, your role may include: managing local and international trademark portfolios across a range of industries preparing, filing and prosecuting trademark applications advising on trademark clearance, protection and enforcement strategies providing strategic brand protection advice to clients across sectors such as consumer goods, retail, technology and emerging industries liaising with clients, colleagues and overseas associates contributing to the development of client relationships and business growth About You You are a senior, qualified trade marks attorney or lawyer with experience gained in private practice or an in‑house environment.
