As our Marketing Manager - Consumer Acquisition, you will play a key role in turning business priorities into high-impact marketing activity that drives measurable commercial outcomes. You will lead end-to-end delivery for your portfolio, bringing together planning, briefing, execution and optimisation to create customer-informed campaigns that support acquisition, retention and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working across teams, shaping clear strategy into great execution, and making a visible difference to pipeline, revenue and customer value. You will be trusted to bring strong marketing judgement, a performance mindset and cross-functional influence to ensure activity is aligned, effective and continuously improving. Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do Lead marketing delivery for your portfolio, ensuring activity is aligned to business priorities Translate portfolio strategy into clear, customer-informed marketing briefs and integrated plans Own end-to-end delivery of campaigns and go-to-market activity across channels and teams Apply strong marketing judgement across audience, proposition, messaging, and channel selection Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and pipeline growth outcomes, including lifecycle and customer value activity Track, analyse, and optimise campaign, funnel, and programme performance using data, CRM, and digital tools Partner closely with internal teams and agency partners to provide clear guidance and recommendations to stakeholders Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring Proven depth of experience in end-to-end marketing delivery across B2C and/or B2B environments Proven track record of delivering marketing activity that drives measurable commercial outcomes Strong marketing judgement across audience, proposition, messaging, and channel mix Experience in acquisition marketing, go-to-market delivery, and performance optimisation Confidence working in complex, cross-functional environments and influencing a range of stakeholders One New Zealand is leading the way by ensuring you can have a truly balanced life.
