Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant / bar operations in a tranquil environment Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Train and motivate staff to align with our values of hospitality, community, and sustainability Address international guest feedback and inquiries effectively Assist with other departments when needed Keeping things running smoothly from ambiance to service Requirements Must hold at least an LCQ (License Controller Qualification), with a preference for a Manager's Certificate Must have current NZ working holiday or work visa – NO sponsorship or sponsorship transfer available Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of day to day F&B systems High standards and commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction Strong conversational English Honest, reliable, proactive, and passionate Live in accommodation Competitive pay 2 days off a week to explore our backyard #J-18808-Ljbffr
