Job Description

Support our inventory and procurement team with NZ stock movement. Interesting and meaningful work across NZ industries. 7-month fixed‑term contract, Wiri DC location – plenty of parking on site. Salary + Group discounts About Motion Motion is a business operating across the Asia Pacific region including New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia and Singapore, providing a range of industrial products and engineering services. Key Responsibilities Play a key role in ensuring stock is imported and receipted efficiently, on time, and in the most cost‑effective manner. Ensure accurate processes, reporting and information entry. Liaise with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders on shipping requirements and documentation. Trace shipments, resolve errors, and ensure on‑time, in‑full receipting. Ideal Skills & Experience Persistent and proactive in ensuring shipments are dispatched/received and issues are resolved. Demonstrated commitment to Health and Safety standards and practices. Energetic and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
