Role Overview We are seeking a Site Logistics Supervisor to join our project team on a full‑time, site‑based basis for an upcoming utility‑scale renewable energy project in New Zealand. This is a hands‑on construction role responsible for managing all site logistics activities to ensure materials, equipment, plant and deliveries are available when and where they are required to support successful project delivery. Working closely with the Construction Manager, Site Engineers, discipline leads, subcontractors, suppliers and transport providers, you will take ownership of site logistics planning, material movements, laydown areas, delivery coordination and waste management processes. As a key member of the construction team, you will play a critical role in maintaining site productivity, identifying potential constraints early, and ensuring logistics activities are aligned with the construction programme, safety requirements and environmental obligations. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day site logistics including material deliveries, storage, inventory control, laydown areas and site movements. Coordinate transport, heavy vehicle movements, crane activities and delivery sequencing to support construction priorities. Establish and maintain efficient material management systems, ensuring equipment and materials are available when required. Manage site waste processes, including waste tracking, contractor coordination, recycling and environmental compliance. Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers to identify logistics risks and improve project efficiency. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in site logistics, construction logistics, materials management or site operations. Proven experience coordinating deliveries, material movements and logistics activities on large construction or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site productivity, storage requirements and laydown management. Experience managing subcontractors, transport providers and waste contractors within a site environment. Proactive and organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced project environment. Why Join INTEC?
