Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

The opportunity Join our Energy and Utilities team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner based in Auckland, New Zealand. In this pivotal role, you will lead recruitment strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage and hire high calibre talent. You will play a critical role in enabling business growth through innovative sourcing approaches, data driven decision making and a strong focus on candidate and stakeholder experience. Working as part of the People and Culture function, you will contribute to a high performing ANZ Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team, supporting national and regional projects across our Energy and Utilities lines of business. What we are looking for We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded talent acquisition professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
