The Opportunity Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor (Fixed Plant) will lead our specialist fixed plant maintenance crew. The crew is responsible for proactive preventative and breakdown maintenance of our fixed plant equipment at our Rotowaro Mine – including coal processing plants and workshop equipment such as conveyors, rollers, belts, crushers, gearboxes, shafts, screens, fabrication work and pumps. The Supervisor will lead this specialised crew through effective management of our maintenance team, fixed plant maintenance expertise, health and safety leadership and budget management. You’ll have experience working on mine sites and leading a team to keep our operation running smoothly. To Be Successful In The Role You Must Have New Zealand Working Rights are essential. A strong commitment to Health and Safety. Proven leadership experience. Mining experience preferred. Minimum 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in an engineering trade. Experience with leading maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance planning. Full Class 1 NZ driver’s licence.
