Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
