KiwiPlates have helped thousands of Kiwis celebrate who they are! We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, with marketing automation experience to join the team. This role will be responsible for driving customer engagement through CRM, automation, and digital performance marketing. The role is responsible for developing personalised customer journeys, executing email marketing campaigns, optimising digital performance, and delivering actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Working closely with the broader marketing team and external agency partners, you'll play a key role in creating seamless customer experiences across multiple digital channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the CRM and one-to-one customer communications strategy. Design, build, and optimise automated customer journeys and marketing automation workflows (in SFMC). Lead the planning, execution, testing, and optimisation of EDM campaigns. Manage CRM audience segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Work with the media agency to plan, execute, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and customer retention. Analyse campaign results using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations based on data. Manage website and campaign tracking using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate measurement and reporting. Skills & Experience 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation. Experience working with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, or other enterprise CRM platforms. Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience developing and managing automated customer journeys and email marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience with customer segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing.
