As Head of Managed Services, you will lead the operational delivery of Kordia’s managed cyber resilience services, ensuring our customers receive secure, reliable, and high-quality outcomes every day. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for the performance, resilience, and continuous improvement of services across Security Operations Centre (SOC) operations, cloud security operations, incident response, and managed security services. You’ll balance operational excellence with commercial discipline, driving efficiency, automation, scalability, and service quality across a growing portfolio. Working closely with Product, Customer, and Technology teams, you’ll ensure our managed services are delivered consistently, aligned to agreed service definitions, and continue to evolve to meet customer needs. Your leadership will play a key role in strengthening customer outcomes, improving operational performance, and reinforcing Kordia’s position as a trusted cyber resilience partner. What you will do Driving commercially disciplined operational decisions, ensuring investments, priorities, and resources deliver value for both customers and Kordia. Improve service profitability and margin performance through operational excellence, automation, and effective cost management. Leading operational performance across SOC, cloud security operations, incident response, and managed security services. Delivering agreed service levels, customer service outcomes, operational resilience, and incident response performance targets. Driving operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring managed services are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with agreed product and service definitions. Providing operational insights that support customer reporting, service improvement initiatives, and customer retention. Identifying opportunities to strengthen customer outcomes and support adjacent professional services engagements. Building and leading high-performing operational teams focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. What you will bring Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer outcomes, operational priorities, and financial performance. Proven experience leading large-scale managed services, cyber security operations, technology operations, or similar service delivery environments. Strong operational leadership experience with accountability for service performance, customer outcomes, and commercial results. Demonstrated success driving operational efficiency, automation, and process improvement. Experience leading complex operational teams in a 24x7 environment. Strong understanding of cyber security operations, incident response, managed security services, or related technology services. Experience working closely with product, customer, and technology teams to deliver scalable service outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
