ECE Qualified Teacher

Early learning / kōhanga reo, Certificated teacher We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ECE Registered Teacher to join our dynamic team at Kids Cave Early Learning in Te Rapa, Waikato. As a part‑time ECE registered teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing high‑quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre. Responsibilities Designing and implementing engaging, age‑appropriate educational programmes that support the holistic development of children Fostering a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment Collaborating with colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate teaching strategies and activities Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community Participating in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching practice Qualifications A current ECE teaching registration and a recognised early childhood teaching qualification Experience working with children aged 0‑5 years in an early childhood education setting Demonstrated knowledge of the Te Ara Whānui curriculum and best practice in early childhood education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues A passion for fostering the growth and development of young children and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits Ongoing professional development and training Full pay parity Discounted childcare fees for your own children Flexible work arrangements and a focus on work‑life balance A collaborative and inclusive team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
