Location: Hybrid – Work from Home / Silverdale Area (New Zealand) Position Type: Full-time Function: Sales / Business Development Reporting To: Chief Revenue Officer / NZ General Manager What You'll Do This role is all about driving market growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our service offerings within existing client portfolios. Utilizing your industry contacts and strategic mindset, you'll sell high-value IT asset life-cycle services and Managed Service solutions. Both directly to customers and via channel partners, to build enduring, high-value client relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver margin and revenue targets across the target market by executing strategic quarterly business plans. Manage governance, financial reporting, and service level performance (SLA/KPI) for assigned accounts to exceed client expectations. Maintain high activity levels (meetings and outbound contacts) and ensure absolute accuracy in Salesforce CRM tracking for opportunities, pipelines, and campaigns. Collaborate with the senior sales team on organisational planning, product development, market research, and targeted marketing campaigns. Own and manage tender opportunities from contract through to successful delivery, working cross-functionally with internal teams. Partner with Service Delivery to oversee commissioning excellence (e.g., imaging, asset tagging, refurbishment, data wiping) and ensure pricing/invoicing accuracy. Adhere strictly to industry-standards internal policies, including international Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Information Security standards (ISO/R2 frameworks). About You We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a genuine passion for technology life-cycle management. To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have a deep understanding of professional sales principles and managing complex, end-to-end sales processes. Possess a strong background in sales and marketing within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) or IT Managed Services sectors (highly preferred). Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills across all stakeholder levels. Be tech-savvy with high proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce). Show exceptional time management, multi-tasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Be flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
