Territory Manager – Hawkes Bay & Taupō About the Role Work with a diverse customer base, from large commercial businesses and owner‑operators through to plumbers at the trade counter. Success comes from building trust, planning effectively and maintaining a disciplined sales rhythm. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers. Develop new business opportunities across the region. Maintain a structured call cycle and territory plan. Use sales data and insights to identify growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers, shareholders and branch teams. Demonstrate exceptional planning, organisation and time‑management skills. Achieve territory sales and growth targets. About You We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Manager who can take ownership of an existing Hawkes Bay territory. The role is ideal for an Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Territory Manager who enjoys balancing relationship management with new business growth and is looking for a long‑term career pathway. Qualifications Proven experience in territory or account management, with a track record of growing customer accounts. Strong planning and structuring of weekly workload. Examples of achieving growth targets and winning new business in a competitive environment. Commercial mindset and ability to build lasting relationships.
