SALESFORCE DEVELOPER (Permanent) An opportunity to be part of a global Salesforce team with a great inclusive culture where your ideas are valued and your work makes a real difference. You will work across Sales, Service, Revenue and Experience Clouds, serving over 350 users globally. Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to understand the business outcomes required. Collaborate with functional roles, business analysts and other delivery team members to bring solutions to life with scalability and growth in mind. Develop the platform and provide ongoing day‑to‑day operational support for minor enhancements and technical debt. Use coding assistance agents to deliver your work efficiently. Perform peer code review of other developers on the team. Contribute to the wider team culture, championing, owning and delivering superb system experiences across Les Mills platforms. The Role We’re looking for a talented Salesforce developer to join a high‑performing team building scalable, user‑centric solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across integrations, and delivering impactful digital experiences. Skills and Experience You'll Need You have proven experience designing and delivering technical solutions to the highest standard, relying on industry best practices, resulting in scalable, maintainable, and highly performant systems. You are a natural problem solver, self‑starter, with attention to detail, great energy and enjoy collaborating, even when timelines are tight. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience developing and delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform using code and declarative tools. Outstanding familiarity with the Salesforce platform capabilities and its various clouds. Solid knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript. Experience with agile development practices. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (required). Other Desirable Experience Experience delivering Salesforce CPQ solutions. AWS development knowledge. Familiarity with integration platforms (middleware).
