We are seeking an experienced, energetic and compassionate ResidentialHouse Manager to lead our St Albans home. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage,support, and motivate a team of support workers to deliver high-quality,person-centred support. You will embody Hawksbury’s values and lead by example— working alongside your team to support residents with personal cares,household tasks, and their overall health and wellbeing. You’ll also promote the principles of Enabling Good Lives, ensuring each resident has the opportunity to actively participate in decisions abouttheir life and achieve their goals. What you’ll be doing: Lead and manage ateam Oversee rosters, household budgets, andadministration Liaise with whānau,health professionals, and external providers Ensure residents'needs are met while supporting independence and choice Balance operational, people leadership, and directsupport work Work a combinationof morning and afternoon shifts (Monday–Friday) About you You’ll be a confident, capable leader who genuinely enjoysworking with people. You will have: NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (SupportWork) Level 3 or equivalent required; Level 4 preferred, or a commitmentto obtaining Level 4.
