In this role, you'll deepen your recruitment expertise, take ownership of end-to-end processes, and build strong partnerships with hiring managers.We're looking for someone who can quickly establish themselves as a trusted recruitment partner, bringing positive energy, curiosity, and a collaborative approach. You'll have experience providing recruitment advice to hiring managers within established organisational policies, frameworks and processes.A typical day could include:* Providing tailored recruitment and selection advice to managers across varied business areas.* Writing engaging, fit-for-purpose adverts and interview questions.* Ensuring recruitment processes align with policy and best practice.* Coaching and supporting managers on interview techniques and selection tools.* Advising on assessment methods and selection strategies.The salary for this role ranges from $81,709.00-$90,128.00, inclusive of a 4% superannuation contribution.
