You will sit at the intersection of project delivery, business analysis, team leadership, and client relationships, while managing a team of Data Analysts. This is not a back‑seat role. You own the planning, resourcing and coordination of implementation projects end‑to‑end, manage scope changes, track progress, and drive solutions when issues arise. What you’ll own Leading and developing the implementation team – setting goals, running performance conversations, building technical and soft‑skill capability. Planning and coordinating project resourcing across Data Analysts and the wider team, focusing on timely delivery. Keeping clients informed and engaged throughout their implementation. Managing project variations and ensuring scope changes are handled and documented properly. Analyzing implementation workflows and client feedback to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Translating findings into clear requirements and contributing to scoping and prioritisation of platform enhancements. Workload forecasting and collaborating with the management team for planning. This position is a fixed‑term 12‑month contract for maternity leave cover, with potential to continue past the fixed‑term. Skills and experience Relevant tertiary degree or equivalent experience. Proven project management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technical implementation environment. Real people‑leadership experience of managing and developing a team.
