Job Description
Responsibilities Working closely with a range of clients and client engagement teams who report in accordance with a range of sustainability frameworks such as Aotearoa New Zealand Climate Standards and the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards, often using the GHG Protocol and PCAF measurement standards. Supporting engagement teams as a subject matter expert as they deliver both limited and reasonable assurance engagements of clients’ sustainability reports in accordance with International Auditing Standards (ISAE (NZ) 3000/3410) and ISSA (NZ) 5000. Building strong relationships with clients and our community of PwC’s global subject matter experts. Staying ahead of reporting trends, challenges in sustainability reporting and working with other subject matter experts, clients and auditors to solve complex reporting problems and identify pragmatic solutions. Qualifications 3+ years of work experience for a large, global auditing firm or a consulting firm focused on greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the GHG Protocol and other sustainability reporting or assurance. A strong interest and willingness to develop your sustainability reporting knowledge and experience as an expert in this field. A relevant Bachelor's qualification in accounting, sustainability or a closely-related subject. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Sustainability reporting is an evolving area.
