Job Description
Stakeholder Advisor – Auckland We are seeking a customer-focused stakeholder and communications advisor to support stakeholder engagement and communication activities for our Transport & Infrastructure business across Auckland. The role involves face‑to‑face engagement, responding to public enquiries, and communicating with businesses, ratepayers, and residents about road maintenance and minor construction activities. Key Responsibilities Undertake key communications activities to meet contractual requirements. Minimise disruption caused by delivery through public communications and liaison with customers to achieve a positive customer experience. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the contract period through the implementation of communication plans, achieving high levels of customer, stakeholder and client satisfaction. Provide customer and stakeholder insights throughout planning, delivery and close‑off stages. Important Skills & Experience Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Problem‑solving, initiative, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Strong computer literacy, experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and record‑keeping.
