Rosmini College is seeking a permanent full-time religious education teacher. The ability to teach from Years 8-12 is required. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality religious education across Years 8 to 12 in line with our school's special character. Develop and implement engaging teaching programs that foster students' understanding of faith, ethics, and philosophy. Foster a supportive and faith-filled classroom environment. Contribute to the broader spiritual life of the school community. About you Strong commitment to and understanding of [e.g., Catholic] teachings and values. Proven ability to teach religious education effectively in a secondary school setting. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Ability to connect with and inspire adolescent boys. Possess current New Zealand Teacher Registration. Hold the legal right to work in New Zealand. This is a Special Character position; it requires a willingness and an ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the school’s special character, and this will be a condition of appointment.
