Job Description
Overview Permanent roles based in Wellington. Work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am - 6pm. This is a full‑time role (40 hours a week) starting Monday 14 September 2026. Responsibilities Process claim and treatment related payment transactions accurately, timely and efficiently. Demonstrate high‑quality customer service and work collaboratively. Manage a high volume of transactions using multiple digital systems and tools. Determine validity of payments/eligibilities for entitlements. Work in accordance with ACC legislation, policy and contractual agreements to ensure timely payment and/or resolution. Authorise and process payments for our providers in a timely manner. Resolve enquiries (either over the phone or email). Enter and update invoices into our system. Qualifications Great customer service skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to work well with people within ACC, our clients and external providers. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy with a high workload. Confidence using technology and quick to learn new systems. Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and can prioritise workload to meet deadlines. Experience with payments and invoicing is not essential but will be an advantage. Benefits The appointing salary for this role will be $60,486 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
