Duties Include Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards Process stock; receive, dispatch & store Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture. Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing. Skills & Experience This is a very customer focused position so you'll naturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert, ideally with previous retail and/or customer service experience. Full training will be given on the products we sell, however an interest in automotive is a plus. But if customer service is your passion and where you thrive, we like that sound of that too! You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers. Your strong communication skills and excellent phone manner will be complimented by your team-focused and 'can do' attitude.
