About this team: We are seeking a SAP P2P Senior Consultant with outstanding skills. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the solutions delivered by our SAP Practice. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless SAP integration. This role requires strong functional expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to deliver high‑quality solutions for our clients. Job Description Independently handle Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, realisation and Deployment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs (vendor consultants) to review current processes and propose system enhancements. Collaborate across our offerings to bring the best of Deloitte to our clients. Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions, including full cycle configuration and related documentation deliverables. Develop, review, and maintain functional/application design documents with stakeholders and SI partners. Translate Functional Specifications into Application design documents, coordinate with the development team, test new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and scripts, and perform unit and integration tests. Have a Proactive approach to learning new SAP technologies and staying up to date with industry trends. Participate in project delivery during testing cycles, lead root cause analysis and resolve issues. Experience using SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM. Ability to handle and lead development of WRICEF objects with the development team. Contribute to overall project management using SAP Activate methodology and be open to becoming an evangelist for Deloitte’s proprietary tools and methods built on our experience and best practices. Be recognised for contributions to Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and support the presales discussions and system demonstrations to clients that follow these. Qualifications 12-16 years of SAP experience in asset‑intensive and manufacturing environments, with 8+ years in SAP Procurement, preferably with recent experience in S/4HANA and Fiori. Completed at least 4-5 Procurement implementation projects with a minimum or two full end‑to‑end lifecycle implementations. Strong knowledge of Indirect & Direct Procurement, Inter‑company purchase, Stock transfer orders, and Invoicing. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Expertise in Materials Management & Purchasing, with basic understanding of SAP Ariba, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management Extended Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management. Design and configuration experience in: Procurement Master Data, Business Partner, Sourcing, Procurement, Pricing, Inventory management, Physical inventory, Release Management, Version Management, Valuation and account assignment, Invoice verification, Procurement and Supplier Fiori apps. Integration experience with SAP and non‑SAP external systems (Supplier collaboration, Invoicing, etc.) or internal legacy systems. Detailed understanding of Supply Chain business models, SAP Procure to Pay, and Fiori UI. Knowledge of purchasing integration with other SAP modules. SAP Materials Management or S/4 HANA certification is an advantage. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods. Strong experience with SAP testing tools and other SAP line of business products. In‑depth knowledge of SAP MM user exits, batch jobs, and standard reports. Strong understanding of Clean Core principles, including minimising custom code and focusing on standard SAP best practices. Experience with cloud‑based SAP solutions and understanding of SAP’s roadmap for cloud adoption. Ability to work with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for extensions and integrations. Awareness of security, data privacy, and compliance requirements in SAP environments. Experience with change management and user adoption strategies for new SAP solutions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms to business stakeholders.
