Underground All Rounder Operator

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Operate competently in Development Charge, Production Charge and Remote Loader roles. Operate under supervision in Production Drill, Cable Bolter, Jumbo Drill and Spraymec Unit. Communicate early with trucking and bogging fleet to ensure remote operations proceed smoothly. Seek productivity and safety improvements in stope bogging, maximizing fibre usage. Transport ore material from stopes to ore passes and stockpiles via remote tele‑remote. Load out development headings, perform clean‑ups per standard and transport material to stockpiles and trucks. Efficiently report and record daily information, ensuring all machinery documentation is completed. Minimize damage and report promptly. Qualifications Eligible to work in New Zealand. Full and current driver’s licence and competent in driving manual vehicles. Competent in Development Charge, Production Charge and Remote Loader operator requirements. Service Crew Ticket preferred. Water Down, Scaling Ticket preferred. Current Certified / Approved Handlers Certificate preferred. Controlled Substance Licence preferred. First Aid Certificate. Experience Minimum of 5 years underground metalliferous mining experience in development and production techniques. Excellent safety record. Experience in mentoring, coaching and training is an advantage. Competence in Jumbo Drill, Production Drill, Cable Bolter & Spraymec Unit is an advantage.
