Bid Writer – Commercial Construction We’re working with a well‑established commercial construction business to find a Bid Writer to support their pre‑construction and work‑winning team. This is a key role focused on preparing high‑quality submissions, working closely with internal stakeholders to clearly communicate capability, methodology, and value across a range of projects. You’ll be someone who can take technical information and turn it into clear, compelling content while managing deadlines and contributing to a structured bid process. What you’ll be doing: Preparing and coordinating tender submissions, EOIs, and proposals Working with project teams to gather and shape technical content Writing clear, consistent, and engaging responses Managing timelines and ensuring submissions are delivered to a high standard Supporting continuous improvement of bid processes and content What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a Bid Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role Experience within construction, engineering, or a related industry Strong writing and editing skills, with great attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple submissions Confident working with a range of stakeholders across a business Organised, proactive, and able to take ownership of your work This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team with a strong pipeline of work, where your input will directly contribute to winning projects.
