The Opportunity We're looking for a National Account Manager to join our Woolworths NZ account team. If you're commercially savvy, analytical, and eager to make a real impact, this role is for you. You'll be responsible for driving, strategic growth and operational excellence to achieve sales and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement promotional programs aligned with the company's strategy. Analyse customer profiles and optimise sales performance. Identify growth opportunities across our product portfolio. Execute product, pricing, and promotional strategies. Lead forecasting, demand reviews, and P&L forecasting. Drive new product development and achieve financial targets. About You Proven Key Account Management experience in the FMCG sector, ideally with WWNZ or Foodstuffs exposure, is essential. Strong ability to deliver business cases and execute decisions that drive change. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and commercial presentation skills. Strong organisational skills with a passion for creative solutions. An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and present data. Familiarity with Circana, NIQ, and financial reports is a plus.
