Administrator/Clinical Typist - Taupo Community Mental Health Southern Lakes Community Mental Health & Addictions Service Permanent Fulltime (Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630) We have a permanent position available in our Admin team at Southern Lakes Community Mental Health & Addictions Service (CMHAS) providing administration support across the service. About the Role The Mental Health Administrators support the community clinicians who provide comprehensive care to patients experiencing moderate to severe mental illness and/or significant addiction problems. We are looking for a motivated individual to provide high quality administrative and clinical typing support in the CMHAS team based in Taupo. The role requires flexibility, ability to work under pressure of deadlines, maintaining quality outputs with minimal supervision. This position will also require the ability to multitask, have methodical work practices and a high level of accuracy. If you are an active, friendly person with great customer engagement skills and a broad range of experience and want to be part of a dynamic team then we welcome your application. Demonstrated competence of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word and Outlook); data entry skills and typing skills essential.
