Our knowledgeable and hard‑working team is committed to delivering high standards of patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The clinic is fully equipped with a comprehensive diagnostic suite and benefits from having an orthopaedic surgeon on site. We also work closely with other CareVets clinic coordinators to build strong inter‑clinic collaboration and support. About the R ole This is a full‑time Clinic Coordinator & Veterinary Nurse position combining leadership, coordination, and hands‑on nursing responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day clinic operations while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and team support. Providing hands‑on veterinary nursing care Supporting and inspiring the clinical and nursing team Overseeing clinic administration and retail operations Mentoring and guiding junior staff Maintaining high standards of client communication and service Supporting a positive, collaborative clinic culture Contributing to efficient and sustainable clinic operations This role includes rotating Saturday shifts shared across the team. About Y ou We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Nurse ready to take the next step in leadership. Minimum 5+ years’ veterinary nursing experience Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities Confident mentoring and supporting junior staff Ability to balance clinical work with operational responsibilities Positive, collaborative approach to team culture Ideally suited to a senior or lead nurse seeking career growth What’s on O ffer?
