About The Role An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual who is currently enrolled in or has recently completed a Degree in Business (Property) looking to begin their career in the property valuation sector! Based in Hamilton or Tauranga, as a Graduate Valuer you will work alongside experienced valuers, gaining practical experience across a diverse range of valuation assignments throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. You will be involved in property inspections, market research, rating valuation work, valuation report preparation, and will gain exposure to a broad range of residential and commercial property types. The role offers career development opportunities for candidates with the right attitude and skills and will prepare you to become a Registered Valuer. About You We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and articulate candidate who is seeking fulltime employment to establish a career within our business. Recently completed/ or currently working towards a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent Genuine interest in property valuations High degree of computer proficiency Confident verbal communication A positive and professional manner Current Driver’s license Candidates with all, or some of the skills plus a willingness for further professional development, will be considered for the position.
