Distinction Mackenzie Country Hotel in Twizel is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests and support a seamless stay. You will assist in the F&B department, help guests with luggage and enquiries, and ensure accurate check-in/check-out and billing processes. The role is a physical, on-site position with 30+ hours per week and shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
