Risk Specialist - Claims

What you’ll be doing: Facilitate risk assessments and support teams to identify and test controls. Manage risk incidents, including triage, root cause analysis and corrective actions. Oversee the use of FMG’s risk tool (Resolver) to ensure risks and controls are accurately captured and maintained. Provide practical advice and tools to support risk thinking and capability. Contribute to FMG’s Operational Risk and Compliance Committee (ORCC) through reporting and insights.
