Working alongside an experienced team, you will build trusted relationships with farmers across the region, provide practical product advice, and support customers with solutions that help drive success on farm. Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with farmers across the region. Provide practical product advice and support customers with solutions that help drive farm success. Identify opportunities to grow relationships and support more farmers across the region. Spend time in our Winton or Gore Farm Source stores, collaborating with knowledgeable teams to deliver outstanding service. Build technical expertise and strengthen commercial acumen. Qualifications A passion for working with people and building strong relationships. Strong communication and customer service skills. A willingness to learn and develop technical product knowledge and commercial capability. A proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities. Strong organisational and time management skills. The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Confidence engaging with a diverse range of customers. A genuine interest in supporting New Zealand farmers and rural communities. Previous experience in agriculture, sales, retail, customer service, account management, or a related field would be advantageous but isn't essential.
