Job Description We’re looking for a P&C Business Partner who enjoys building strong relationships, solving business challenges and making a genuine impact. This newly created role offers plenty of variety and opportunity to partner closely with the business and drive organisational change. You’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders across the Supply Chain portfolio, providing practical, trusted advice across the full employee lifecycle from workforce planning and talent development through to performance, employment relations and organisational change. No two days will be the same, and you will help leaders build engaged, high‑performing teams. What You’ll Be Doing Build capable, high‑performing teams through practical coaching and trusted advice Navigate every aspect of the employee lifecycle from workforce planning through to performance, development and succession Coach leaders through performance and conduct conversations to manage employment relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes and mediations Support organisational change and help leaders successfully navigate periods of transformation Champion learning, development and engagement initiatives to elevate capability across the business unit Work alongside specialists across Safety, People & Culture to deliver seamless people solutions Ensure our people practices remain compliant, consistent and aligned with employment legislation What You’ll Bring You’ll have experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role, with confidence supporting leaders and managing employment relations matters. You’ll enjoy building trusted relationships, influencing positive outcomes and balancing business needs with great people experiences. Ideally you’ll also bring: Around five years’ HR Business Partnering or Senior HR Advisor experience Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law and HR best practice Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred but not essential A practical, solutions‑focused approach and excellent communication skills A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline advantageous Don’t tick every box?
