Roster schedule Roster option 1 Start day - End day, Start time - End time Monday – Friday: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Saturday – Sunday – Monday: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Responsibilities Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream. Collaborate closely with your team leader and the swarm to ensure efficiency. Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines. What you’ll do Execute operations and stock management: ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, lead the swarm to handle tasks correctly, and oversee all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards. Team leadership and development: lead on‑job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment. Maintain store standards: ensure the evening team are filling to correct standards, prioritize shelf‑friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively. Resolve issues proactively: timely escalations of process‑related issues to the function lead for resolution. Contribute to store leadership: step up as acting store manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in “Better Together” connections to foster team collaboration. What you’ll bring Process excellence and continuous learning mindset. Excellent partnership skills with other functions and stakeholders. Effective team leadership: delegating tasks, monitoring progress, coaching, providing feedback, and motivating members. Compliance expertise and exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate tasks and standards. Values‑aligned behavior that consistently reflects the company’s values. Ability to work four weekend shifts per month and at least one evening each week.
