Key Responsibilities: Install and commission a variety of CNC and processing machinery on customer sites Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, and emergency callouts Provide customer training and technical support both onsite and remotely Maintain accurate service documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery About You: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent trade background) Minimum 5 years’ experience servicing CNC Strong hands‑on diagnostic, fault‑finding, and repair skills Confident communicator with a professional customer‑service approach Willingness to travel interstate as required Current New Zealand driver’s license and full working rights Based in Auckland OR Christchurch What’s On Offer: Competitive salary package based on experience Fully equipped work vehicle, laptop, phone, tools, fuel card, and tolls provided Opportunity to work with advanced, high‑value equipment and cutting‑edge technology Ongoing training and professional development Leadership role and senior positions available for this person If you’re an experienced service or maintenance engineer looking to work with world‑class CNC and processing machinery in a hands‑on, customer‑focused role, this is the perfect opportunity.
