Our Facilities team ensures every manufacturing floor, test cell, and cleanroom operates flawlessly so engineers can focus on one thing: making space accessible. We need someone who's done this before. An experienced facilities leader ready to take full operational ownership of our Mt Wellington campus, managing critical infrastructure across 5+ industrial buildings while leading a team in a fast-paced aerospace environment. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Keepmission-critical systems running: HVAC, electrical infrastructure, compressed air, specialized aerospace equipment Coordinateprecision equipment calibrationsannually to aerospace standards Drivemaintenance, operations, and improvement projectsthat enable rocket manufacturing Manage contractors, building compliance, and infrastructure projects YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ yearsleading industrial facilities operations (aerospace/manufacturing/heavy industrial) Managed multi-site industrial or campus-wide operationswith full P&L accountability Built and led maintenance teamsin high-stakes environments Aeronautical, aerospace, or precision manufacturing background Trade-qualified(Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter & Turner) OR Building Maintenance qualification OR BCom with deep facilities experience WHAT TO EXPECT We’re on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that’s not an easy task.
