About the Role This is an opportunity for a Test Analyst to join our team on an ongoing basis as a Contractor and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products within a fast‑paced agile environment. Working closely with developers, product owners, and other testers, you’ll contribute across both manual and automated testing activities. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing test cases, analysing and documenting defects, and supporting the delivery of robust, scalable software solutions. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate closely with the wider testing community. As part of TeamGallagher you will Work within a collaborative, product‑focused agile team delivering software used by customers around the world Contribute across both manual and automated testing activities Design, write, and execute test cases based on requirements Write and maintain automated test scripts and scenarios Analyse, document, and clearly communicate defects, including impact and priority Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes Contribute to improving testing practices, automation, and overall team capability Participate in agile ceremonies, requirements reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives About You You’re a collaborative and detail‑oriented tester who enjoys solving problems and ensuring products meet high quality standards. You’re comfortable working within agile teams and enjoy contributing to a positive team environment. 2–5 years’ experience in software testing within agile development teams Experience across both manual and automated testing Experience writing and executing automated test scripts Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing best practices Experience with web and/or mobile application testing Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with CI/CD processes and modern development practices Ability to clearly document and reproduce defects Relevant testing certifications such as ISTQB Foundation or Advanced (desired) Experience with Playwright and Ruby scripting, SQL databases, testing Cloud services (Desired) Working at Gallagher At Gallagher, you’ll be part of a global, future‑focused organisation where your contribution is valued.
