New Zealand Facilities Infrastructure Team The New Zealand Facilities Infrastructure Team is responsible for delivering the right infrastructure to support the growth of the company’s research & development and manufacturing activities in New Zealand. The team manages a variety of different projects ranging from upgrades of existing infrastructure to new multi-million dollar capital projects. Responsibilities Reporting to the Infrastructure Development Manager, you will be one of seven project managers delivering projects across F&P’s existing East Tāmaki Campus as well as assisting on the long term development of F&P’s new Karaka Campus. Projects and Scope Large scale construction and upgrade projects for owned and leased buildings in NZ Delivery of new infrastructure supports substantial company growth Key attributes we are looking for Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail A can-do attitude with a passion for service delivery Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team Skills and experience Proven project management delivery and implementation success 3 to 5 years relevant role or industry experience Proven experience maintaining and managing project budgets Experience or some exposure delivering on large complex infrastructure projects Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/Prince2) at foundation or practitioner level will be desirable Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering background would be of assistance Benefits Facilities include park-like grounds, in-house cafeterias, ample carparks, and spacious work areas and meeting rooms.
